Dr. Jim Wilton , our principal appraiser and founder, has 15+ years experience in valuing going business enterprizes, commercial and industrial property, appraisal review and development of quality assurance systems featuring fraud identification and prevention. Dr. Wilton holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration, is a Certified General Appraiser and is a designated an IFAS (senior) member of the Institute of Fee Appraisers. He has held offices as a member of the Board of Directors for the Emerald Coast Board of Realtors and the Northwest Florida Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. Prior to entering the appraisal profession has served as an Executive Vice President - COO for a multi-corporate investment firm, as Director of Product Assurance for two major defence contractors, and after military service, as a police officer and graduate student.
